Tai Chi Easy

Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi

Roger Jahnke, OMD is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine with thirty years of clinical practice and nine research trips to China to study its healing traditions. He is director of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC), and serves as a consultant to hospitals, social service agencies, and corporations in Complementary and Integrative Medicine, wellness, and medical cost reduction.

Bill Stevens completed his Level III certification with Dr. Roger Jahnke as a Qigong/Tai Chi teacher from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi [IIQTC.org] in November, 2015, after he became certified as a Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader in July 2013.

There are an estimated 10,000 forms of Qigong, including several hundred styles of Tai Chi. Integral Qi cultivation consists of classic and simple Qigong forms including four essential components: postural alignment and gentle movement, breath practice, self applied massage, and relaxation meditation techniques.

The Integral Qi Cultivation program also includes a modification of traditional Tai Chi. This integral Tai Chi is a method carefully developed, over many years that makes it easy, beneficial and accessible right away so the student doesn’t have to learn 108 movements or traditional short forms before accessing the benefits of this practice.

Qi is free, it is everywhere, and everyone has access to it through simple methods that are easy to learn and practice. Qi can be cultivated purposefully to resolve any challenge. It is based on intentfully choosing where you place your attention, focus and purpose. The same astounding force that regulates the seasons, causes plants to grow, and creates stars and galaxies is available to each of us. This resource is Qi.
